- The company reserves the right to cancel any order or part of any order if unable to deliver for any reason. The company will inform the client of this cancellation and will refund the amount of the order or part of it within 14 working days.

- The prices of the products displayed in the application and website do not include value added tax. VAT at 15% is calculated upon presentation of the final invoice.
- Delivery will be made within 1-2 days, with a maximum of 3 days.
- Tanmiah aims for your satisfaction with your purchases on our online platform. If you are not entirely pleased, you may request a replacement for items with quality issues within 3 days.

- Image of the production & expiry date.
- Information on the Order Number & Mobile Number.
